Christmas is nearly upon us and that means one thing – it’s time for peak season. Peak season has changed dramatically over the last 4 years. Black Friday is here to stay and its going to be bigger and better than ever. Last year we saw a huge increase in trade from last minute shoppers, hitting stores in Christmas Eve. This year will be just as big, so it’s vital that clever retailers plan accordingly.
Nobody knows in-store trade better than store teams. The presentation will help encourage you to to look at every aspect of in-store operations. You will learn to identify opportunities and risks to maximise sales. It will give teams a chance to take another look at their communication and operations and consider new ways to engage store teams in the coming weeks.
Physical Store v Online Shopping
It’s a competitive market, therefore it is more important than ever to ensure a seamless customer experience in store. How can retailers engage and entertain their customers in order to increase sales? This year, footfall will continue to increase thanks to click and collect. The smartest retailers will make sure this experience is seamless and stress free.
I’ve prepared a short presentation outlining the question your retail operations team should consider as they embark on peak season 2015!
We hope it’s useful!
