Christmas is nearly upon us and that means one thing – it’s time for peak season. Peak season has changed dramatically over the last 4 years. Black Friday is here to stay and its going to be bigger and better than ever. Last year we saw a huge increase in trade from last minute shoppers, hitting stores in Christmas Eve. This year will be just as big, so it’s vital that clever retailers plan accordingly.

Nobody knows in-store trade better than store teams. The presentation will help encourage you to to look at every aspect of in-store operations.
