StorIQ grows at 40% YOY, and even with this increase in our customer base, our CSAT and NPS scores continue to exceed expectations. We have been able to do this with the addition of our onboarding team – which has seen our customer success team grow by 50% in one year. This new team makes the onboarding process super simple for our customers – they can trust us to do all the heavy lifting. After onboarding, customers are assigned a dedicated account handler to assist them as they use StorIQ to revolutionise their business.
